Flexible single-family housing project. Able to adapt to seasonal use as a home for the owners for 6 months, vacation rental use for 3 months, and loaned housing for family and friends the rest of the time. The versatility of the program, the steep slope of the land, and the search for sea views at all costs are the three main items that organize the complex. Like a nest on top of a tree, it is implanted in harmony with the landscape and the surrounding materials with the aim of contemplating rather than being contemplated. An observation tower is supported as little as possible to allow the ground to pass and, instead of interrupting, allow everything to happen. Where the tasks of the day pass comfortably on a single floor designed for this purpose, and the rest of the program is improvised according to the users and the moment in which they occur.
