The luxury residential building is located in the extension of Santa Cruz city. In front of it, there is an old warehouse converted into the El Tanque cultural space and declared an Asset of Cultural Interest. In order to respect the building and to get the best views of the ocean and overcome the obstacles of the city, the building grows and expands in height, thus ensuring that the maximum number of homes enjoy excellent conditions. All of them are oriented to the southeast and have huge terraces. The living rooms and bedrooms communicate with them through floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that disappear, making the interior and exterior the same thing. The luxury manifests on the roof with its chill-out space and its solarium with community pool. On the ground floor you find the access to the residential complex. However, the main use on this first floor is commercial, opening onto a large square under which the car parks will be located.
